SPRING TREE PLANTING
This spring, in partnership with The Greening of Detroit, NW Goldberg Cares is hosting a neighborhood wide tree planting day!
The scheduled date and time of planting is:
THURSDAY, MAY 26 - 9 a.m. to Noon
(15 trees are available for resident on a first-come, first serve basis. An additional planting day that will make more trees available will be announced at a later date!)

We will work with you to choose the best species for your home if you do not already have a selection in mind! All trees will be planted on the berm (easement / public property area between the sidewalk and the street) in front of your house or on the side of your house.
The Greening of Detroit will provide maintenance in the first 3 years; we encourage homeowners to also water and care for their tree to help ensure its health.
